Rainbolts’ Book Store, Naenae, 1970Words matter.
Always have.
I learned this early in my grandparents' bookshop in Wellington, where books weren't just stories, they were tools for thinking. The right words made complex ideas simpler, clearer, and easier to act on.
That principle still guides everything I do.
Over the past 15+ years, I've worked across automotive, healthcare, and consumer products, helping organisations turn complexity into clarity, translating insight into strategy, and strategy into experiences people can actually use.
I focus on what happens when intent meets execution: aligning people, processes, and decisions so things don't get lost in translation.
I've worked across Gothenburg, Copenhagen, New York, London, and Auckland, seeing firsthand what creates momentum, and what quietly breaks it.
